Alina Addison is an executive coach and keynote speaker who helps leaders lead boldly, communicate clearly, and stay human under pressure. After two decades in high finance, including senior leadership roles at Rothschild & Co., she now advises leaders and teams who operate in high-stakes environments where credibility and judgement are everything.

Alina’s work blends emotional intelligence, neuroscience-informed tools, and real-world leadership experience to help leaders make brave decisions, handle difficult conversations, and build cultures where performance and psychological safety can coexist.

She is the author of The Audacity Spectrum and the founder of ADAPTAA. She is also the co-owner of a boutique hotel in Transylvania, where she hosts transformative leadership retreats that turn “impossible” into action.
